1、清除水草杂物
2、调整转数

4、用纸垫调整间隙至正常

）注意事项：
1、用皮带传动时，两皮带轮必须对正且平等，否则易掉带或出事故，大流量混流泵供应商，传动皮带轮应有防护装置，排涝混流泵供应商，以---安全。
2、进出水路的各连接法兰盘间，混流泵供应商，应有胶垫，以防进气，漏水。
3、出水管末端 能浸沉池内或尽量靠近水面，以避免扬程损失。
4、如不用底阀，进水管口淹没水中时，应用铁丝网罩或竹制网罩以防水草等杂物进入叶轮，影响水泵正常运转。
